Joy Cup Bubble Tea

- Spearheaded digital and physical marketing efforts for a successful restaurant launch, including promotional flyers, business cards, an Instagram account, and a website with an online ordering system.

- Designed and illustrated 3 hand-drawn chalkboards displaying menu items.

- Provided a breakdown of effective strategies to establish brand identity and drive initial sales.

- Created website utilizing Toast software, which included selecting photos and writing copy, organizing over 70 items on an online menu, and creating pipelines for additional sales opportunities.

- Developed a custom brand identity guide in collaboration with the CEO, including brand colors, font collections, website layout, and sample copy.

Wellesley College: Office of Admission

- Created SMART monthly and yearly goals for social media pages. By March 2025, these goals increased post reach on IG by 164%, post impressions by 281%, post reactions by 46.7%, page impressions by 96.2%, and page and profile reach by 104%, compared to March 2024.

- Strengthened cross-departmental connections through attending over 10 on-campus events and leading collaborations with various campus partners, including PERA, Wellesley Fresh, Residential Life, and LGBTQ+ programs and services.

- Coordinated 2 3-day photo and video shoots with Strewn Wonder. This task included outreach and follow-up communication to over 30 faculty and staff members and academic departments, as well as over 40 students.

- Designed materials for large events, such as admitted student days signage, keychains, stickers, and tote bags. Also created an admitted student postcard sent to 1000s of prospective students and an updated pennant design.

Nesting

- Increased organic Instagram reach by 443.2%, content interactions by 166.7%, and page views by 17,303 in the first 30 days of spearheading digital marketing campaigns.

- Designed over 10 custom advertisements for local publications to drive seasonal sales.

- Spearheaded product photography for the website and social media pages, taking and editing over 400 photos for advertising purposes.

Healing From the Roots

- Built up a custom website, taking site visitors from an average of 35 visitors per month to an average of 210 visitors per month.

- Spearheaded 4-week major website relocation and redesign project (HubSpot to Squarespace).

- Oversaw digital marketing efforts, including website maintenance and copywriting, as well as Instagram and Facebook copy and content creation.

- Developed email newsletter campaigns for over 3,000 customers, supporting statewide sustainability efforts and local Massachusetts farms and businesses.

- Grew follower count by over 500 and created branding guidelines and marketing strategies.

- Conceptualized and executed a social media rebrand and schedule for digital communications.
